Infinity Kpop SG Order Policy

By placing an order with Infinity Kpop, you agree to the following :

Cancellation or changes are not allowed once orders are placed
When your order is successful, you should receive an invoice and order confirmation in your email inbox
Please enter your name, address, contact number and email correctly as we are not liable for any missing or wrong address delivered
Actual items may differ slightly from images online

Self collection of all merchandise will be at the Infinity Kpop Store – 3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall, #03-364/365, S038983
Please present your online order invoice email and name upon collection of MD

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and size of items packed into a box

Local Shipping – (QExpress)

Overseas Shipping Information (DHL)

1. Depending on countries, tariffs may occur, which the customer is responsible for.
2. If tariffs are not paid within the stipulated time window by DHL, the product may not be delivered and may be discarded – in which Infinity Kpop SG will not be held liable for any resulting additional costs

Damaged items

In cases of damaged items in your delivery, please submit a photo and unboxing video within 7 days of the parcel delivery completion date to hello@infinitykpop.com . Please refer to the guidelines below:
- Video footage of the shipping label and all four sides (front, back, sides) of the box before unpacking and video footage showing all components condition after unpacking (without pause and edits)
- If 7 days have passed since receipt of the product based on the order’s shipping tracking number information or if the video is not attached, exchange will not be possible.
